About Delaney's Deer Corn Bags
The first time I ever made a Deer Corn Bag was in Girl Scouts in 2010. I really got started making them in bulk when my grandmother was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer in 2011. We only found out because she was having some back pain. The Pancreatic Cancer color is PURPLE. She began chemotherapy and started to experience neuropathy. She would feel cold so I began making her bags that she could heat in the microwave and have them with her when she would nap. Throughout her Chemo I made her bags of different colors and sizes. She gained many compliments from them, so I started to make some for other patients at the oncologist's office. Soon I was donating 20 Deer Corn Bags to the office twice a year. From then on I received many requests, orders, and suggestions for Deer Corn Bags. And I continue to make bags today.
Deer Corn Bags are made from Cotton Fabric and Deer Corn.
You can heat them in the microwave for 1-3 minutes (depending on the size) for them to stay warm for 20-60 minutes
Or
You can freeze them in the freezer and the corn won't freeze together. They will stay cold for 30+ minutes. Good for an injury!
